Xylina D. Cooper (Founder and CEO)  is an actress and highly esteemed legal professional representing a wealth of knowledge and experience in business and legal affairs for leading entertainment entities in music, film and television. She has worked with entertainment companies including Black Entertainment Television, Inc., LaFace Records, Inc., Disney, Warner Brothers Records, FremantleMedia and currently HBO. Mrs. Cooper devotes expertise in all facets of deal structures; from drafting agreements to negotiating terms and offering objective counsel with the artists and corporate interests in mind.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Cooper has maintained strong relationships based on her tenacious work-ethic and impeccable reputation of integrity. She is an active participant in her community as mentor and volunteer frequently participating in diverse outreach efforts such as the Youth Mentoring Program (a program which provides support for at risk teens), and Young Storytellers (a program where writers pair with young students to collaboratively create a screenplay). Mrs. Cooper also served as Co-Chair of Emerge (an employee resource group committed to fostering cultural diversity, professional development and employee wellness). Ordained as a minister, she reaches many as a counselor and encourager. Mrs. Cooper is called upon regularly by leaders to speak on numerous platforms lending her services, competencies and life experience to people of all walks of faith.

Believing that the entertainment industry is a powerful platform to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, Mrs. Cooper founded LoveLightLyfe Ministries 501(c). The mission of her ministry is to empower artists and other creative professionals to use the entertainment platform for promotion of love and light. This mission is accomplished through select initiatives including prayer circle/bible study, mentorship, spiritual counseling, and outreach events which serve those in need. She also uses her career as an actress to uplift, inspire and heal. Her goal as an actress is to use this gifting to support story tellers who embrace positive programming that uplifts, enlightens and educates.

A dedicated wife and mother, Mrs. Cooper works tirelessly to lead by example. She motivates and inspires family, friends, colleagues and others through strong Christian values and optimistic outlook. In doing so, her own passions are satisfied and thoroughly assured.
